We accept most major health insurance plans. Please contact our office if you do not see your insurance listed here. Eye exams are covered by regular health insurance. A vision plan is not required.

Payment Options
Co-payments and payments for procedures must be rendered at the time of the visit. We accept cash, VISA and MASTERCARD.

Time has been specifically reserved for your physician appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. A $50 will be charged if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
